Can I pick up my scooter at the airport?

Yes, the driver will drop off the scooter and pick you up at the airport and then drive you to your hotel or resort 

Can I pick up my scooter at the hotel or resort?

Yes, we can drop off the scooter with the concierge and you would pick it up at check-in 

Can I be picked up and taken to her tours and activities?

Yes, there is a Uber fee for that, but there is a vehicle that can transport a scooter for multiple travelers and drop off and pick up can be arranged but again there will be a fee on that 

When do I pay at the beginning at the end?

The scooter fee will be paid upfront however, the individual Uber fees will be paid daily  

Can I sign up for tours and activities through this website?

Yes, let us know what you would like to do. We will go ahead and build an itinerary with cost. You choose what you want to do and when and then we go ahead and schedule it book it.  

What if my scooter breaks down?

Send us a text or a phone call and we will be out within the hour with a replacement  

What if I'm in need of an ADA resort or facility for my scooter

We have recommendations that we can make that will best accommodate our travelers with scooters  

What about restaurants and daily meals?

Yes, you would just call our one 800 number and schedule your trip. We would drop you off and pick you up.  

If we book activities through you, are there any discounts?

Absolutely we know what the prices should be, and we eliminate the middleman and give you the price that it should be  

Do you only do this in Honolulu?

No, we are expanding our network. Just let us know where you would like the service and we will arrange for it.
